Image enhancement

A finished listing photo should look like the room at the hour you would want a buyer to walk in. Enhancement is that correction: light, color, straight walls, and a sky that matches the weather on the block. It is not a new house.

  • TurnaroundNext morning
  • Rush12 hours
A modern two-story house with a wood-clad bay, dark window frames, and a green lawn under a clear sky.

Included

  • Exposure and highlight recovery, including window views where the file has the detail
  • White balance and a consistent color across the set
  • Vertical and horizontal correction
  • Sky replacement only when the original sky is blown out, matched to the light on the facade
  • Dust, sensor spots, and minor lens flare
  • Web JPEG and a full-size JPEG

Not included

  • Remove cracks, stains, mold, or damage
  • Add landscaping, furniture, or light fixtures that are not in the file
  • Replace a gray Portland sky with a tropical one
  • Sharpen a file that was shot too small to print

Who this is for

  • Listing photographers sending a full set after a shoot

  • Agents who already have photos and need them publishable

  • Brokerages standardizing color across a team鈥檚 listings

How it runs

  1. 01

    Send the set

A link, the property address, and any room that needs special care. If the photographer already has a color grade, send one reference frame.

  2. 02

    We count and confirm

You get the photo count, the price, and the return time before work starts. Mixed brackets are flagged if a frame is missing.

  3. 03

    One editor, one set

The same person finishes the whole property so the kitchen and the primary bath do not look like different houses.

  4. 04

    Delivery and one revision

Files come back named as you sent them. One round of notes is included: a warmer kitchen, a less aggressive sky, a vertical that still leans.

Questions on this service

Should I send brackets or a single HDR?

Either. Brackets give us more window detail. If you have already blended the HDR, send that and we will grade it rather than blend it again.

Do you straighten verticals all the way?

On interiors, yes, unless a strong wide-angle was doing compositional work you want to keep. On exteriors we correct the lean without making the roof look pinched.

What if the file is underexposed?

We recover what is in the file. If a room was shot two stops too dark and the color falls apart, we say so and return that frame rather than invent detail.
