Architectural renderings

A rendering is a picture of a decision that has not been built. It has to be accurate enough that the client is not surprised at the framing walk. We work from your model or your drawings, and we do not add a wing because it photographs better.

  • TurnaroundFive business days for the first view
  • RushScheduled, not overnight
A modern white house with a pool and large glass openings.

Included

  • One camera view, agreed before modeling finishes
  • Materials from your board, not a generic white box
  • Daylight that matches the site orientation
  • Two revision rounds on that camera
  • A print-resolution still and a web still

Not included

  • Start from a napkin sketch and pretend the dimensions are settled
  • Change the massing silently because a different massing looks better
  • Add luxury cars, fake people in sharp focus, or a view the lot does not have
  • Deliver a rendering that disagrees with the latest drawing set without a written note

Who this is for

  • Architects presenting a design to a client

  • Builders selling homes from a plan

  • Interior designers who need a view of a kitchen that is still a drawing

How it runs

  1. 01

Send the model or the set

A SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino file is the cleanest start. Drawings work if they are dimensioned. Send the material notes with them.

  2. 02

    Camera first

We lock the view with a clay render before materials go on. Moving the camera later is the expensive part, so this step is not optional.

  3. 03

    Materials and light

Two rounds are for finishes, furniture in an interior, and time of day. A new camera is a new view.

  4. 04

    Final stills

You receive the approved view and a short list of what was simplified, so the sales team does not promise a detail the model does not contain.

Questions on this service

Can you match an existing photographer’s look?

Yes, if you are adding a proposed addition to a house that already has listing photos. Send the photo and we will line the camera up to it.

Do you model the whole house?

We model what the camera sees, plus enough of the rest to cast correct shadows. A full BIM model is a different engagement.

Who checks accuracy?

You do, against the drawings. We flag conflicts we notice. We are not the architect of record.
